We understand that you might think it is difficult to order tiles for your project from a website rather than a showroom. We do everything we can to make it simple for you to receive exactly what you want and we are always available to answer any questions you have via email or telephone.

Most orders can be placed through our shopping cart or you may choose to call us to consult about your project and place your order at our toll free number - 866 218-8221.

We do offer a sample program. You may order any of our tiles and pay for them as a regular purchase and then once viewed in person, you may choose to send them back for a full refund of the purchase price or a credit towards your final order.

When viewing our selection of designs please keep in mind that you are welcome to customize the glaze colors. There is no extra charge for custom color and the process is quite simple. Send us something to represent the color(s) you are interested in using - a paint chip, piece of fabric, ect., and we will send you glaze chip samples to choose from. If ordering through the shopping cart, please specify the option that you would like to have custom colors and we will contact you.

When you order tile in the colorway shown our website, we are always more than happy to send you color tile chips for you to approve in person to make sure you are getting exactly what you are anticipating. Please email or call us to request this service.

Another thing to keep in mind while you are browsing through our designs is that we are able to make many adaptations to suit your needs. All of our square tile designs can be adapted to other sizes both smaller and larger. We can also create a running border to relate to a square design as well as a corner piece or left and right end border designs. Each of our square tile designs is also offered in a horizontal or vertical half tile. To view these designs contact us via email and we will email them to you. Any adaptation that is based on something already in our catalog is free of charge. We also offer custom designs based on your ideas and our starting fee for creating an original design for you is $50.

As we handcraft each tile order as it is received, lead time for orders varies based on what you order. A sample will take 1 to 2 weeks to arrive. House numbers have a 4 week lead time. Any orders of five tiles or less will have a lead time of 3 to 4 weeks and all other orders average 5 to 6 weeks. With this said, please note that if you are facing a pressing deadline, we will do everything possible to accommodate your needs. We understand the complexity of scheduling remodeling or construction and installations.
